Martha Agnew of Linesville was identified Tuesday as the winner of the $352,625 jackpot from the June 13 drawing of the Cash 5 game. On June 15, the Pennsylvania Lottery released information that a jackpot winning ticket from that drawing had been purchased at the Lakeside Stop-N-Go, 12211 Lakeside Drive, Conneaut Lake, but the winning ticket hadn't been claimed.

According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, the $352,625 winning ticket is subject to a total of 27.07 percent in taxes — 24 percent federal tax and 3.07 percent state personal income tax.
